The goal of the patch program is to motivate and inspire your players. By recognizing players for their contribution to the game you are also continuing to teach the game when you are off the field. It is important to acknowledge children equally so that by the end of the season each child has earned about the same number of patches. We recommend keeping track of the patches you are giving.
